RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Krampasoft you have a permanent warranty which covers a correct validation and/or activation of the license, as well as free technical support for a complete installation and operation of the product.
After 10 days of purchase, no refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with the product or if your computer does not meet the minimum requirements of the product.
Return or refund will not be possible if the purchased product keys have been redeemed. Once the product key has been redeemed on the associated activation platform, the right to a refund is lost, as the product key can only be redeemed once.
You may request a product exchange or refund if the license is faulty in origin or if it does not comply with the features indicated on the website (a review will be performed to confirm the possible product failure). In case it is not attributable to a misuse of the product, the warranty will be effective.
IF THE WARRANTY APPLIES, WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
Depending on your preference and available stock, the options are:
- Refund your money.
- Exchange the product for one of similar characteristics.
- Replace the same product.
- We recommend you to evaluate the best option together with the assistant who will take your case.
To request a purchase cancellation, you must send us an email with the specific reason for the cancellation and proof of purchase to our email support@woverkeys.com, our support team will evaluate the situation to try to solve the problem or initiate the refund process.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, as a customer you have the Right of Withdrawal, which you can use within 10 days from the date you received the product. In order to make the return effective, the product must not have been used or exchanged.
Our support team will conduct a review within 3 business days of the cancellation request and the resolution of the cancellation will be sent by email.
RETURN PROCESS
In the case of a confirmed refund, we must return the payment we have received within a maximum of 10 business days. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back.
